No Longer Fat Sick and Nearly Dead: My Husband’s Continued Journey to Health

No Longer Fat Sick and Nearly Dead

It’s been 4 months since my husband Jerry started his journey to health. What an amazing journey it has been. There have been ups and downs, however, the benefits have been outstanding! Jerry has lost 45 pounds and will be continuing eating healthy because he has about 40 more pounds to go. He has a blog that gives more details about his trials and tribulations Will The Real Jerry Sullivan Please Stand Up If you read it, I think you will see that his decision to improve his health was a good one. He’s tried other things, but never stuck to it. They say it takes about a month to develop a routine. I’m proud to say that Jerry HAS stuck to this, because he got through the first month, which was the hardest of all.
